Every Christmas, Grandad would make several batches of Irish Creme to give out as gifts. He’d purchase the cutest little bottles and tie them up with a pretty little bow. Momma liked to drink it over ice, I preferred it in my coffee. You know it’s Christmas when we break out the Irish Creme!
- 8 ounces Bourbon
- 14 ounces Eagle Brand Milk
- 6 ounces milk
- 10 ounces whipping cream
- 1 ½ Tablespoons chocolate syrup
- ¾ teaspoon instant coffee
Dissolve instant coffee in bourbon. Blend all ingredients just until smooth. Store in a glass bottle, in the refrigerator, for up to 2 months. Shake well before using .
