Black Bean Dip

  • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 24 oz jar salsa*
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Cumin, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
*Use your favorite salsa (Archer Farms Peach Pineapple gives it a nice flavor)
