Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (opt. 1 squirt mayo and the rest Ranch Dressing)
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 6 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
Directions:
Mix everything but crackers and bacon. Smooth mixture into a shallow, greased dish. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with bacon. Serve with crackers.
