• 2 medium ripe avocados, seeded
  • 1 ½ oz. red salsa
  • 1 tsp. serrano pepper, seeded and minced
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped fine
  • 1 wedge fresh lime
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Pinch of crushed dried oregano
Score avocado pulp while in shell and scoop pulp into bowl. Using two forks, mash to desired consistency. Add remaining ingredients (increase amount of Serrano pepper for a spicier guacamole). Mix thoroughly. Transfer guacamole to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
