Mango Lime Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe mango, diced (approximately 1 ½ cups)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small fresh jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (opt)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine mango, onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno (if using), and salt. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
*Excellent served over grilled swordfish.
