Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 1 heaping teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper juice from jarred jalapeno peppers
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 cups milk
- ½ jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 8 oz. super sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
Over low heat stir margarine and flour together. Remove from heat and add mustard, chili powder, cumin, pepper juice and ketchup. Return to heat and add milk, jalapeno
pepper, cheese and garlic. Cook over low heat until thick.
