Ingredients:

- ¼ cup cold water
- ½ cup boiling water
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1 TBSP plus 1 tsp grated onion
- ½ tsp tabasco
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 TBSP finely chopped capers
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 cups fresh salmon, poached, chilled, boned and finely ground
